The past year has brought challenges and uncertainty that have impacted our work, lives, and relationships in unprecedented ways. Many people are feeling depleted and anxious about the future. This way of being is not sustainable; we need new ways of building resilience to help us create a more vibrant future.
This interactive workshop explores the art and science of building resilience at the individual and collective level. We’ll start by developing a shared definition of ‘resilience’ and learning about the impact that stress has on the mind, body, and our ability to navigate challenges. From there, we’ll learn concrete, immediately accessible tools and frameworks to build resilience in turbulent times. By the end of the workshop, all participants will have an expanded understanding of the role resilience plays in our work and a new toolkit to help build their capacity for resilience going forward.
