This quote from Dr. Marshall Goldsmith beautifully sums up so much of what we are going through today. Let’s face it. We are not going back to the way things were. They were out of control. We all now have a chance to go deeper within, to sense how things should be, starting from the inside out. This comes full circle to one of my other favorite quotes from Carl Jung ,.. ‘until you make the unconscious conscious, it will drive you and you will call it fate’. 

What comes first, the chicken or the egg? 😂
