Observer and the Observed
Age 46… four to 50… it is not a joke!
It is now time to celebrate 46 years of life and the breath taken in and out all through those years. In my opinion, as a woman, real life begins at 40. Step by step, the ability to respect one’s story and make sense of life’s occasions starts to awaken within you.
By 40, the possibility and the ability to observe increases day by day. It provides the opportunity to gaze back and evaluate a life story of 40 something years. If we have developed the ability to look at ourselves and what life has to offer from a more virtuous place, if we can remain curious rather than being fearful of what future may bring, then we can have the ability to observe our own life.
Observation takes place with the awareness of two different energy sources within a single body: the observer and the one in the action, the observed. With the observer state of mind, the responsiveness to the different colors of the life – which is an extension of duality – diminishes and the awareness of the observer awakens. Our ability to observe the body we occupy, and its story, is awakened. The best part of observation is that it provides neutrality. When the mirror is held to the self, without being attached to self, cause-effect relationships begin to be perceived more clearly. The prediction of which choices in quantum reality were chosen from the heart and which were chosen as a result of our patterns deepens. By the way, even though it may seem to have emerged from the heart, some of our deep patterns may still exist in that preference, which probably is the case. The awareness, acceptance and release of the existing pattern may lead to the choices that can be made at an elevated level of consciousness. In this way, the observer position within us can be activated, and manifested.
Reveal. Feel. Heal. See and Free Yourself. – Mor Alev
If you have opened a space for that observer in your life, it means you have intended to look at your own story and your choices with an elevated consciousness. If you have increased the frequency of your intuition, strengthened your love muscles, and chosen to act from trust and belief, you have stepped into the concept of exponential humanity – our new human potential. In my opinion, beyond our university degrees, theses completed, and titles accumulated, we will have the opportunity to realize our true potential by taking the leap of faith into ourselves, taking the pathless path to reach home, to our true essence.
According to studies by Dr. Joe Dispenza, in individuals over the age of 35, approximately 70,000 thoughts arise in our minds in a single day. This is a very impressive statistic. It confirms that the mind is constantly originating thoughts beyond our ability to grab them. It means the brain is an organ that largely functions beyond our direct control or awareness. 80% -90% of these 70,000 thoughts passing through our minds are the same thoughts we had the previous day! This means we are living within the cycle of the same thoughts every day.
If we have the same thoughts every day, things stay the same. If we don’t open up space for the new in our lives, everything in life remains the same. New thoughts open up space for new preferences. New choices lead to new ways of behavior, new ways of behavior lead to new experiences and new experiences lead to new emotions. It confirms the fact that we can create the world we want to see only if we transform ourselves, awaken our potential, and open space for the new to enter.
We have to awaken our own potential to be able to intend ourselves. In order to realize our potential, we have to experience, live and live out our various abilities in this body. If we follow the same mental patterns every day and do not add new preferences, conversations, and habits to our lives, our ability to realize our upper potential is restricted.
In my opinion, the first step to awaken our potential is to reach the observer state. We need to go beyond the concept we define as “ourselves” and dive into areas open to exploration within us. The heaviest judgments in life are the judgments we make about ourselves. Our resistance to freeing ourselves from that transparent box we have self-trapped ourselves.
I am 46 years old today and would like to celebrate my awareness of the self, my desire to break my patterns, my belief in life. Today and every day, I intend to look at myself in the now, again. Observation is the most effective meditation in my life. It is the means I use to shed light and give meaning to myself and my life. Love allows me to hold firmly to all that comes my way, and faith allows me to let go with grace.
On my birthday my only request from you, who has valued me and touched my life, is to open space for the new and welcome transformation in your life. Without question, please include those concepts that are a little mysterious and esoteric into your lives. Gaze at yourself with the perception of an observer and let go of those you believe to be unchanging. Gracefully create space to become what you were intended to be and provide space for those you think will never change to transform at their own pace.
Before I go, I would like to include a few of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s explanations about what happens when we go over the concept we define as “ourselves”;
Our narrow view of life shifts into a broad perspective. We can open space for our humanity, which is “one” across the world, religion, language, race, borders.
Our focus starts shifting from things, people and places to energy, frequency and information
From material world and matter to spiritual, beyond matter
We move from a 3-dimensional Newtonian perception to a 5-dimensional Quantum perception.
We open a space to the unknown from a predictable perception of reality
Our perception of time changes, we begin to experience timelessness and the present moment.
We shift from duality, polarization, regionalism and separation to unity, integrity and impermanence.
From known to unknown,
From limited possibilities to unlimited possibilities,
From single universe to multi-universe perception,
From our senses directing us to an area beyond our senses.
May our exponential humanity and the new frequency of our existence heal us all…
It is a very special birthday for me, to be experiencing the challenges of Covid-19 within the hope that collectively we are entering into a period of elevated humanity! However, 46 is merely a number. I feel that I have entered into a period in which the words that desire to be voiced in my body are coming to life and the creativity within me is finding a space to shine. I intend to realize my human potential, day by day, and honor this journey called life. I am so happy to be born during this era where we are witnessing a new page of our human history. It’s such a privilege to be alive today!
May you all stay with love in good health!
