Neowise
Today, I am reaching out to you from my oasis. From a land where I have been feeling the healing energy of the nature in my veins for the past month. Every day, I wake up early in the morning with the sound of the crickets and nature’s transition to awakening. I take my dog for a walk amongst the fields. As I watch her, a whole new intelligence awakens within me. Her excitement, curiosity and joy resemble those of the babies, our purest form. Then, I jump into our crystal-clear sea. I watch those who have witnessed my childhood whisper good mornings to each other. I observe their loyalty to this morning ritual, soaking in the healing power of the sea and being present within their bodies, far away from the chaos of the city. I start my days with the pleasure of eating freshly laid eggs, tomatoes collected from the farms. The respect I display for my body in this land makes me very happy. I feel that I am experiencing the best version of me now. Today.
Days flow in a calm routine. Unlike the city life, there are no programs here, there is nothing I need to catch up with. I wake up and surrender to the flow of life. Even though our meetings and work remain, our perspective is calmer. The feeling of surrender is dominant in my heart. I let go of those who do not serve and transform our story to the new paths that are being reveled. I witness the agitations that rise within our hearts (sometimes in mine, sometimes in others) are being resolved quickly with higher consciousness. I am growing, evolving, transforming to a new me in company of my tribe, my consciously chosen partners in life.
The evenings are reserved for my favorite ritual; stargazing. In these lands where settlements are designed respectfully to nature, the sky displays its glory in the absence of the evening city lights. Flying satellites, constellations, shooting stars and now comet Neowise accompany us in the sky. This ritual, which we perform every evening, started to evoke an awareness within me. I feel it whispering gracefully; “If you could see me every night, you would remember your container.”
Perhaps the most incomplete thing in our city lives is that we cannot feel or see the night sky. As I watch the stars, I recall that we are a single human race living on this globe. One again, I realize how tiny we are within all creation. And suddenly, what we call problems starts to melt away. I call back my magnificent ego back into its container. Human-drawn borders between countries disappear, reminding me that we are earthlings living under the same night sky. I start to wonder, maybe if we can all look at the sky every evening and celebrate our presence on this earth maybe we can control our egos roaring beyond our bodies seeking for attention. Then perhaps we can whisper these words
“You are here to serve me, not me to you. I am beyond you. I am a part of the creator and the universe.”
May be then we can look at our words, ourselves, our societies, our ways of doing business, and the patterns that we accept without question, with a universal wisdom. Maybe then we will have the opportunity to redefine Utopia and put it into practice.
I don’t know where you are today. But wherever you are, I am sure you will have the opportunity to get out of the city for a while. Get out of those systems that we value very much and turn your eyes to the evening sky to remember our humanity. And under its glory, silence that voice within which constantly confirms the self, of your problems and worries. Gaze at the sky with the pleasure of being alive today, with your belief in our humanity and divinity. Trust that you can transform all as long there is breath within you. And if a feeling arises within you, let it out with a “thank you”. Only after that point can we perceive what we want to transform in life and manifest a new reality.
Gratefulness is the key… a simple thank you for all that is.
